Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the booked service value.


2. No-Show Policy

Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged the full service fee. Repeated no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings.


3. Refunds

  • Completed services are non-refundable. If you are unhappy with a result, please contact us within 48 hours and we will work to resolve the issue.
  • Retail products may be returned within 7 days if unopened and in original condition, for store credit only.
  • Gift certificates are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person with written approval.

4. Prepaid Packages

Prepaid service packages are non-refundable once the first service has been redeemed. Unused sessions may be transferred to another guest with prior approval.


5. Special Circumstances

We understand emergencies happen. If you need to cancel due to illness or a family emergency, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate you without a cancellation fee.
