We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the booked service value.
If you are not satisfied with the service, we will gladly correct the issue at no additional charge within 24 hours of your appointment. Please contact us within 24 hours so we can schedule your complimentary touch-up.
Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged the full service fee. Repeated no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings.
Completed services are non-refundable. If you are unhappy with a result, please contact us within 48 hours and we will work to resolve the issue.
Retail products may be returned within 7 days if unopened and in original condition, for store credit only.
Gift certificates are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person with written approval.
Prepaid service packages are non-refundable once the first service has been redeemed. Unused sessions may be transferred to another guest with prior approval.
We understand emergencies happen. If you need to cancel due to illness or a family emergency, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate you without a cancellation fee.
For your security, refunds cannot be requested or processed by phone call or text message. To receive a refund, you must visit our store in person and present the original payment method and any applicable receipt.
If your refund is approved, it will be credited back to your card within 7–10 business days.
